§ 434 — Funding limitations
§ 434. Funding limitations. Notwithstanding any other provisions of\nthis chapter the total amount of reimbursement to social services\ndistricts pursuant to this title shall be limited to the amount of the\nannual appropriation made by the legislature for preventive services.\n
