§ 433. Other state funding sources.

1.Prior to purchasing day\nservices pursuant to section four hundred thirty, a social services\nofficial shall inquire of the department, and the department shall\ninform him, as to the available funding sources, if any, of which the\nday services facility was advised pursuant to subdivision two of section\nfour hundred thirty-one. The social services official shall not\npurchase services from the day services facility until he has determined\nthat the facility has cooperated with the department in efforts to\nobtain funding from all available sources.\n 2. No state agency or official with authority, pursuant to this or\nany other law, to provide financial assistance for care, treatment or\nservices which may be included in a day services program
