§ 390-i. Notice of inspection report. In every child day care program\nthat is licensed or registered pursuant to section three hundred ninety\nof this title, the child day care provider shall post and maintain in a\nprominent place, a notice, to be provided by the office of children and\nfamily services, that shall state the date the most recent child care\ninspection occurred and provide information for parents and caregivers\nregarding how to obtain information from such office regarding the\nresults of the inspection. If possible, the child day care provider\nshall also post such information on the child day care program's\nwebsite.
