§ 390-f. Report on child care insurance. The commissioner of the\noffice of children and family services in consultation with the\nsuperintendent of financial services, shall undertake a study of the\navailability, accessibility, and affordability of insurance policies to\nchild care providers. The study shall include, but not be limited to, a\nreview of homeowner insurance policies and health insurance policies.\nThe study shall be completed and a report submitted no later than\nJanuary first, two thousand nine, to the governor, the commissioner of\nthe office of children and family services, the temporary president of\nthe senate and the speaker of the assembly.\n
