§ 363-e. Medicaid plan, applications for waivers and plan amendments;\npublic disclosure.
1.The commissioner of health shall post on the\ndepartment of health internet website in as timely a manner as practical\nthe entirety of the state's plan for medical assistance as required by\ntitle XIX of the federal Social Security Act, or its successor, and\nevery approved amendment and change to the plan.\n 2. The commissioner of health shall post on the department of health\ninternet website in as timely a manner as practical: every application\nfor a federal waiver and every proposed state plan amendment, relating\nto the state's plan for medical assistance, submitted to the federal\ndepartment of health and human services, or any successor agency or part\nthereof.\n
