§ 305. Appeals and hearings. If an application for assistance under\nthis title is not promptly acted upon or is denied or the assistance\ngranted is deemed inadequate by the applicant or recipient, he may\nappeal to the department in accordance with the provisions of section\ntwenty-two of this chapter. In scheduling investigations, local social\nservices districts shall give priority to applications for assistance\nunder this title.\n
