§ 301. Responsibility.
1.Subject to reimbursement by the state, in\naccordance with the provisions of this title and regulations of the\ndepartment, each social services district shall furnish emergency\nassistance to aged, blind and disabled persons eligible therefor who\nreside in such district.\n 2. Expenditures properly made by social services districts under this\ntitle, including costs of administration, shall be reimbursed by the\nstate in an amount equal to one-half of such expenditures, after first\ndeducting any federal funds properly received or to be received on\naccount thereof.\n
