§ 2403. Fees of court reporter in surrogate's court\n Except where otherwise agreed or when special provision is otherwise\nmade by statute a court reporter is entitled for a copy fully written\nout from his stenographic notes of the testimony required to be made in\nany proceeding for the record of the court to 20 cents for each folio\nand the court may order that the fees therefor be paid out of the estate\nto which the proceeding relates.\n
