§ 2313. Multiple commissions of executors or trustees, donees of powers\n during minority, or donees of power in trust under wills of\n persons dying, or lifetime trusts established, after August\n 31, 1993\n With respect to wills of persons dying, or lifetime trusts\nestablished, after August 31, 1993, if there are more than two executors\nor trustees, donees of a power during minority, or donees of a power in\ntrust, no more than two commissions shall be allowed unless the decedent\nor creator has specifically provided otherwise in a signed writing, and\nthe compensation thus allowable must be apportioned among the\nfiduciaries or donees of the power in trust according to the services\nrendered by them respectively unless they shall have agreed in writing\namo
