§ 2305. Fees of appraisers\n An appraiser is entitled in addition to his actual expenses, to a sum\nto be fixed by the court for his services in making the appraisal. He\nshall file with the court an affidavit showing the nature and extent of\nhis services, and expenses if any, and the sums payable therefor shall\nbe taxed by the court and paid by the fiduciary.\n
