Application of general law\n Except where special provision is made otherwise, the law of this\nstate relating to wills and to the probate, contest and effect thereof\nshall apply in the case of a non-domiciliary testator and the law and\nprocedure of this state relating generally to administration and to\nfiduciaries shall apply to ancillary administration and ancillary\nfiduciaries.\n
