§ 1218. Appeal; bond\n The public administrator is authorized to appeal from any decree,\norder or judgment affecting an estate in his charge or in which he is a\nparty. No bond on his part shall be required to stay execution of the\norder, decree or judgment from which an appeal is taken.\n
