§ 1210. Application for letters; when court may direct probate\n 1. The public administrator shall have the power to apply for and\nreceive letters as defined in this act.\n 2. The court may, pursuant to 1402, direct the public administrator to\npresent a petition for the probate of a will at any time after it is\nfiled.\n
