§ 1214. Service of process\n The public administrator is authorized to make service of process on\ncreditors, legatees or distributees who are non-domiciliaries of his\ncounty by certified mail, return receipt requested, whenever the court\nby order made in any proceeding shall direct. The provisions of 308\nnotwithstanding, process so served shall be valid if made at least 30\ndays before the return date thereof.\n
