§ 1124. Appeal; bond\n 1. The public administrator is authorized to appeal from any order,\ndecree or judgment affecting an estate in his charge or in which he is a\nparty.\n 2. On such an appeal no bond on his part shall be required to stay\nexecution of the order, decree or judgment appealed from.\n
