§ 1104. Oath and bond\n Each person appointed to the office of public administrator or deputy\npublic administrator in any of the counties within the city of New York\nbefore entering upon the duties of his office shall take and file the\nconstitutional oath of office and execute a bond in the sum of $50,000\nto the city of New York with such sureties as shall be approved by the\njudge or judges of the court of the county conditioned for the faithful\ndischarge of all duties enjoined on him by law.\n
