§ 189. Jurors and juries. Jurors for the trial of an action in which a\njury has been demanded shall be drawn and summoned and a trial jury\nshall be procured in all respects in accordance with the provisions of\nthe justice court act. A police officer shall have all the powers and\nduties of a constable under those provisions.\n
