§ 410-B — Deduction of dues and insurance premiums from benefits of certain retired members of the division of state police

§ 410-b. Deduction of dues and insurance premiums from benefits of\ncertain retired members of the division of state police.\nNotwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the\ncomptroller is hereby authorized to deduct from the retirement allowance\nof any retired member of the division of state police an amount of\nmembership dues as the retired member may specify in writing filed with\nthe comptroller for the payment of such employee organization membership\ndues and premiums for employee organizations sponsored group insurance\nplans. Any such written authorization may be withdrawn by such retired\nmember at any time upon filing written notice of such withdrawal with\nthe comptroller.
