§ 1324. Election not collectively bargained. The determination to make\nan election in accordance with this article shall not be deemed to be,\nor to relate to or affect, a term and condition of employment within the\nmeaning of article fourteen of the civil service law or any local law\nenacted in furtherance thereof.\n
