§ 464. Revision. If a seller of residential real property acquires\nknowledge which renders materially inaccurate a property condition\ndisclosure statement provided previously, the seller shall deliver a\nrevised property condition disclosure statement to the buyer as soon as\npracticable. In no event, however, shall a seller be required to provide\na revised property condition disclosure statement after the transfer of\ntitle from the seller to the buyer or occupancy by the buyer, whichever\nis earlier.\n
