§ 393. Registration of title. Upon entering the final order and\njudgment of registration, an enrollment thereof as a judgment roll in an\naction must be prepared, and filed in the office of the clerk,\nconsisting of the petition, the notice with proof of service, the\nofficial examiner's report, all orders and all other papers necessarily\naffecting the final order of registration. The clerk upon payment of a\nfee of ten dollars shall cause a copy of said judgment of registration\nto be certified and transferred to the registrar of his county, who\nshall forthwith file the same in his office.\n
