Except as\nprovided in section three hundred forty-four-b, section three hundred\nforty-four-c, and section three hundred forty-four-e, of this article,\nan affidavit of affixation is not necessary or effective to convey or\nencumber a manufactured home or to change the character of the\nmanufactured home to real property.\n * NB Effective December 12, 2026\n
