§ 1103. Service of petition and notice. A copy of the petition,\nincluding the affidavit, together with notice of the time and place at\nwhich the petition will be presented, must be personally served, at\nleast fourteen days before its presentation, upon the person required,\nby the prayer thereof, to produce the tenant for life.\n
