§ 1102. Contents of petition. The petition must be in writing and\nverified by the affidavit of the petitioner, to the effect that the\nmatters of fact therein set forth are true. It must contain:\n a. A description of the real property and a statement of the\npetitioner's interest therein and of such other facts as show that the\ncase is within the provisions of section 1101;\n b. An averment that the petitioner believes that the person upon whose\nlife the prior estate depends is dead, together with a statement of the\ngrounds upon which the petitioner's belief is founded.\n
