§ 225-h. Vacancies in board of trustees. If any trustee of such\nincorporated church declines to act, resigns or dies; or, having been a\nmember of such church, ceases to be a member; or removes beyond the\nbounds of the circuit in which he is elected, his office shall be vacant\nand a special corporate meeting may be called to fill that vacancy until\nthe next annual society meeting of such church when trustees are\nelected, at which meeting the vacancy shall be filled for the unexpired\nterm.\n
