§ 225-d. Amendment of articles of incorporation.
1.It shall be lawful\nfor any incorporated church coming under the provisions of this article,\nby a two-thirds vote of the members present and voting at a regularly\ncalled society meeting, to alter or amend its articles of incorporation\nin any manner not inconsistent with the provisions of this article, or\nthe book of discipline of the Free Methodist Church of North America;\nand such alteration or amendment shall become operative when said\nsociety shall execute and acknowledge said amended articles of\nincorporation as provided for in section two hundred and twenty-five-c\nof this article, and with an attached certificate of consent by the\ndistrict superintendent as provided in said section.\n 2.
