§ 178. Government; powers and duties of the trustees.
1.Every\nUkrainian Orthodox church incorporated pursuant to this article shall\nrecognize and be subject to the jurisdiction of the duly appointed\nbishop or archbishop of the Holy Ukrainian Autocephalic Orthodox Church\nin Exile, or his lawful successor in office, and shall conform to and\nadopt the faith, doctrine, discipline, canons and constitution of the\nsaid church.\n 2. The trustees of every such incorporated church shall have the\ncustody and control of all the temporalities and property, real and\npersonal, belonging to the corporation and the revenues therefrom, and\nshall administer the same strictly in accordance with the by-laws of the\ncorporation and the rules, regulations and usages of the governing\ndiocesan counci
