§ 170. Election and salary of ministers. The ministers of any such\nchurch shall be called, settled or removed and their salaries fixed,\nonly by the vote of a majority of the members of such corporation duly\nqualified to vote at elections present and voting at a meeting of such\ncorporation specially called for that purpose, in the manner\nhereinbefore provided for the call of special meetings; and any such\ncorporation may, by its by-laws, make the call, settlement or removal of\nits ministers dependent upon a concurrent vote of the unincorporated\nchurch connected with such corporation; and in that case the concurrence\nof a majority of the members of such unincorporated church, present and\nvoting at a meeting thereof, called for that purpose, shall be necessary\nto the call, settl
