§ 108. Continuity of jurisdiction. The board of transportation shall\nbe deemed and held to constitute a continuation, as to matters within\nits jurisdiction, of the transit commission, and not as a new\ncommission, for the purpose of succession to all such of the rights,\npowers, duties and obligations of the transit commission transferred to\nsuch board of transportation.\n
