§ 601 — Separability clause
§ 601. Separability clause. If any clause, sentence, paragraph,\nsection or part of this chapter shall be adjudged by any court of\ncompetent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment shall not affect,\nimpair or invalidate the remainder thereof, but shall be confined in its\noperation to the clause, sentence, paragraph, section or part thereof\ndirectly involved in the controversy in which such judgment shall have\nbeen rendered.\n
