§ 429 — Quarter horse racing defined

  § 429. Quarter horse racing defined. The term "quarter horse racing",\nas used in this article, shall be construed to mean only horse racing in\nwhich the horses participating are mounted by a jockey and are\nregistered by the American Quarter Horse Association.\n
