* § 884. Permit coordination and assistance to applicants.

1.Any\napplicant for permits required for a business undertaking, project or\nactivity may confer with the office to obtain assistance in the prompt\nand efficient processing and review of applications.\n 2. The office shall, so far as possible, render such assistance; and\nthe director may designate an officer or employee of the office to act\nas an expediter with the purpose of:\n (a) facilitating contacts for the applicant with state agencies\nresponsible for processing and reviewing permit applications;\n (b) arranging conferences to clarify the interest and requirements of\nany such state agency with respect to permit applications;\n (c) considering with state agencies the feasibility of consolidating\nhearings and data
