* § 880. Comprehensive permit information.
1.Not later than ninety\ndays from the effective date of this article each state agency required\nto review, approve or grant permits for business undertakings, projects,\nand activities shall report to the office in a form prescribed by the\noffice on each and every type of such review, approval, and permit\nadministered by the state agency. Application forms, applicable agency\nrules, and the estimated time period necessary for permit application\nconsideration based on experience and statutory or regulatory\nrequirements shall accompany each state agency report.\n 2. Each state agency required to review, approve or grant permits for\nbusiness undertakings, projects, and activities shall subsequent to its\nreport pursuant to subdivision one

* § 880. Comprehensive permit information. 1. Not later than ninety\ndays from the effective date of this article each state agency required\nto review, approve or grant permits for business undertakings, projects,\nand activities shall report to the office in a form prescribed by the\noffice on each and every type of such review, approval, and permit\nadministered by the state agency. Each state agency required to review, approve or grant permits for\nbusiness undertakings, projects, and activities shall subsequent to its\nreport pursuant to subdivision one of this section provide the office\nwith a report of any new permit or modification of any existing permit,\ntogether with applicable forms, rules, and information required under\nsubdivisions one and two of this section regarding such new or modified\npermit. No new or modified permit shall become effective until thirty\ndays after the office has been provided with such report, provided,\nhowever, that the thirty day period may be dispensed with for any new or\nmodified permit adopted as an emergency measure in accordance with the\nprovisions of the state administrative procedure act. When any new or\nmodified permit is adopted as an emergency action in accordance with the\nprovisions of the state administrative procedure act, the office shall\nbe notified of such action by the adopting state agency within five days\nafter the effective date of such action.\n 3. The office shall prepare an information file on state agency permit\nrequirements upon receipt of the state agency reports and shall develop\nmethods for its maintenance, revision, updating, and ready access.\n 4. The office shall provide comprehensive permit information on the\nbasis of the foregoing. The office may prepare and distribute\npublications, guides, and other materials based upon the state agency\nreports and the information file which will serve the convenience of\npermit applicants and which will explain permit requirements affecting\nbusiness, including requirements having multiple permit or multiple\nstate agency aspects.\n * NB Authority of office terminated per § 893 December 31, 1995\n
