* § 886. Permit authority retained. Each state agency having\njurisdiction to approve or deny a permit shall have the continuing power\nheretofore or hereafter vested in it to make such determinations. The\nprovisions of this article shall not lessen or reduce such powers and\nshall modify the procedures followed in carrying out such powers only to\nthe extent provided herein.\n * NB Authority of office terminated per § 893 December 31, 1995\n
