* § 179.11 Criminal diversion of medical cannabis in the second degree.\n A person is guilty of criminal diversion of medical cannabis in the\nsecond degree when he or she sells, trades, delivers, or otherwise\nprovides medical cannabis to another with knowledge or reasonable\ngrounds to know that the recipient is not registered under article three\nof the cannabis law.\n Criminal diversion of medical cannabis in the second degree is a class\nB misdemeanor.\n * NB Repealed July 5, 2028\n
