* § 179.05 Criminal diversion of medical cannabis; limitations.\n The provisions of this article shall not apply to:\n 1. a practitioner authorized to issue a certification who acted in\ngood faith in the lawful course of his or her profession; or\n 2. a registered organization as that term is defined in section\nthirty-four of the cannabis law who acted in good faith in the lawful\ncourse of the practice of pharmacy; or\n 3. a person who acted in good faith seeking treatment for a medical\ncondition or assisting another person to obtain treatment for a medical\ncondition.\n * NB Repealed July 5, 2028\n
