§ 115. Rules need not be uniform. Whenever in this chapter the liquor\nauthority is authorized to adopt rules in respect to a particular\nsubject or matter, such rules need not be uniform in their application\nto the various localities within the jurisdiction of such authority, but\nmay vary in accordance with a reasonable classification of such\nlocalities.\n
