§ 117. Transportation of alcoholic beverages. No common carrier or\nperson operating a transportation facility in this state, other than the\nUnited States government, shall receive for transportation or delivery\nwithin the state any alcoholic beverages unless the shipment is\naccompanied by copy of a bill of lading, or other document, showing the\nname and address of the consignor, the name and address of the\nconsignee, the date of the shipment, and the quantity and kind of\nalcoholic beverage contained therein.\n
