§ 223. Interconnection and system coordination. Whenever the\ncommission finds it to be in the public interest, the commission may,\neither upon application of an interested party or on its own initiative,\nand after public notice and opportunity for hearing, order the\ninterconnection of cable television systems and facilities or the\ncoordinated operation of such systems and facilities. The commission may\nappend to such order such reasonable terms and conditions as will best\npromote the public interest.\n
