§ 4372. Transplant education of patients with kidney disease or end\nstage renal failure. Nephrologists and primary care providers with\nprimary responsibility of caring for patients with chronic kidney\ndisease stage three or four, or end stage renal disease, shall provide\npatients with current and evidence based printed educational materials\nabout the progression of kidney disease and relevant prevention and\ntreatment options, including transplantation.\n
