§ 4304. Delivery of document of gift. If the gift is made by the donor\nto a specified donee, the will, card or other document or a copy of the\nexecuted document, may be delivered to him or her to expedite the\nappropriate procedures immediately after death; however delivery is not\nnecessary to the validity of the gift. On request of an interested party\nupon or after the donor's death, the person in possession shall produce\nthe document for examination.\n
