§ 3803. Veterans health care information program.
1.There is hereby\ncreated within the department the veterans health care information\nprogram (referred to in this section as the "program"), which shall\nprovide information on health issues associated with military duty,\nincluding but not limited to Agent Orange, spina bifida, Gulf War\nSyndromes, toxic materials or harmful physical agents such as, depleted\nuranium, and hepatitis C, and specific mental and physical health issues\nincluding post-traumatic stress disorder, traumatic brain injury and\nother brain-related injuries, for veterans, their surviving spouses,\nchildren of veterans and health care providers.\n 2. The program shall include but not be limited to the following\nelements:\n (a) public service announcements;\n (
