§ 3802. Powers and duties.
1.The veterans health manpower center\nshall have the following duties:\n (a) To identify veterans health manpower resources.\n (b) To conduct studies and surveys of health needs to determine the\nextent to which such needs can be filled by veterans with health service\nexperience.\n (c) To institute and operate a veterans health manpower recruiting\nservice including, but not limited to, a guidance and counselling\nservice.\n 2. In the exercise of the foregoing powers and duties the commissioner\nshall consult with the commissioner of the department of veterans'\nservices and the heads of state agencies charged with responsibility for\nmanpower and health resources.\n
