§ 3504. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall have power to\nmake such rules and regulations, not inconsistent with law, as may be\nnecessary to carry out the provisions of this article, including but not\nlimited to, the availability of emergency equipment appropriate to\nprovide treatment in the event of an unanticipated reaction to the\nadministration of contrast media.\n
