§ 350 — County or part-county boards of health; officers

  § 350. County or part-county boards of health; officers.  The board of\nhealth of a county or part-county health district shall elect annually\none of its members as president and another as vice-president. The board\nof health may designate the county health commissioner to act as its\nsecretary without extra compensation.\n
