* § 3398-h. License renewal.
1.Each license, issued pursuant to this\narticle, may be renewed upon application therefor by the licensee and\nthe payment of the reasonable fee for such license as specified by this\narticle.\n 2. In the case of applications for renewals, the department may\ndispense with the requirements of such statements as it deems\nunnecessary in view of those contained in the application made for the\noriginal license.\n 3. The department shall provide an application for renewal of any\nlicense issued under this article not less than ninety days prior to the\nexpiration of the current license.\n 4. The department may only issue a renewal license upon receipt of the\nspecified renewal application and renewal fee from a licensee if, in\naddition to the selection cri
