* § 3398-c. Cannabinoid hemp retailer license.

1.Retailers selling\ncannabinoid hemp, in final form to consumers within the state, shall be\nrequired to obtain a cannabinoid hemp retailer license from the\ndepartment.\n 2. The commissioner shall have the authority to set reasonable fees\nfor such license, to establish the period during which such license is\nauthorized, which shall be one year or more, and to make rules and\nregulations necessary to implement this section.\n * NB Repealed 6 months after the full cannabis control board created\nby Article 2 of the cannabis law has been appointed\n
