§ 3123 — Blood donors of the age of seventeen years or over

§ 3123. Blood donors of the age of seventeen years or over. Any person\nof the age of seventeen years or over shall be eligible to donate blood\nin any voluntary and noncompensatory blood program without the necessity\nof obtaining parental permission or authorization.\n
