§ 3120 — Blood collection; permit required; procedure

§ 3120. Blood collection; permit required; procedure.\n No person, firm or corporation shall collect human blood for the\npurpose of transfusion into another human being unless a permit has been\nissued pursuant to the provisions of title five of article five of this\nchapter.\n
