§ 2998-d. Voluntary and collaborative reporting system. The center, in\ncollaboration with health care providers, shall develop a voluntary and\ncollaborative reporting system, for the purposes of obtaining\ninformation useful for maximizing patient safety, reducing medical\nerrors, and improving the quality of health care pursuant to this title.\n
